1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and bljl ("Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account, accessing the bljl website, or using any bljl services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bljl platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of bljl services following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with bljl, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. bljl strictly prohibits account registration and gameplay by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is mandatory during the registration process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Geographic Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited by local law.
• Single Account: You may register and maintain only one (1) account with bljl. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

bljl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must create a secure password and may be required to verify your email address and phone number before your account is activated.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available
• Never share your account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify bljl of any unauthorized access to your account
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices

bljl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

3.3 Account Restrictions

Each individual may register only one account with bljl. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered in another person's name, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bljl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bljl reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name and to close the account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by bljl. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.

Before processing your first withdrawal, bljl may require you to complete identity verification by submitting government-issued identification and proof of address. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at bljl's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements if you have claimed bonuses or participated in promotions. You must wager your deposit amount at least once (1x) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. bljl reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the bljl platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and approved by independent gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by bljl or any third party.

Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time and streamed via secure video connection. Live game results are determined by physical equipment (cards, dice, wheels) and are not subject to digital manipulation.

5.2 Player Conduct

Players must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner when using bljl services. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, bljl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers. Players will be notified of any voided games, and affected funds will be credited back to their accounts.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

bljl offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bljl platform and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or using bljl services to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or falsified identity documents
• Collusion, cheating, or any form of unfair play
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity
• Reverse-engineering, hacking, or attempting to compromise bljl systems
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting software errors for financial gain
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior

bljl reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by Player

You may close your bljl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

9.2 Termination by bljl

bljl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You fail to provide requested verification documents
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• bljl determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform or other players

In the event of account closure for violation of these Terms, bljl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance and to pursue legal action for damages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bljl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bljl's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

bljl is not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Technical failures, including internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or software errors
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Force majeure events beyond bljl's reasonable control

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

bljl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the bljl website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or account notification.
